The Whole30® is designed to change your life in 30 days. Think of it as a short-term nutrition reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system. The best way to learn more is to visit https://whole30.com/
I want volunteers, not recruits – which is why I don’t want to convince you to try the Whole30. What I can tell you is that it’s worked for me, and I’ve seen family and friends look and feel better then they thought was possible in just 30 days. If you aren’t ready to commit to the program 100% for 30 days – that’s okay!  Observe our community on Instagram, subscribe to my monthly newsletter, take all the time you need to research and prepare, and let me know when you’re ready!
Our group is part of an intensive food freedom practice. We offer each other accountability, provide a safe space for self-reflection, and encourage sharing openly. Confidentiality is always maintained, but we ask a lot of each other here. As with anything in life, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. You are welcome to join whether you’re a more active or passive participant, as long as you stay committed to yourself and connected to this journey.

I’ve successfully completed rocked 6 Whole30’s without a coach – but there are few unique reasons this has worked for me:
1) I’m a Gretchen Rubin Upholder. That means I can easily meet expectations set by myself or others.
2) I have a background in science, and I love research. I’ve read every book on Whole30 (several times), all the blogs, discussions, and recipe websites. I fully understand the program, the list of compliant foods, and the process for reintroduction.
3) I love grocery shopping – I go to at least one grocery store every single day!
Because of these reasons, I’ve been very lucky to have the ability to push through 6 Whole30’s by myself. However, everyone is different, and if that’s not you, that’s okay! That’s what I’m here and offering my services to you for. I believe that my extensive experience doing the Whole30 and supporting others through this journey can greatly benefit you!
Due to Maine state law, because I’m not a registered dietician, I can’t do one-on-one nutrition counseling. However, I do get inquiries from individuals, so I’m happy to try to pair you up if there’s another participant in your situation. Please reach out to me if you’re interested in trying to find a partner!
I personally believe that there is no failure – only learning. However, that’s a huge reason why people want to join a group in the first place; we are all here to talk you through any tough times or challenging moments, so I hope you’ll reach out to your support team! You can continue to work with the group until the end of the group session – but you will need to start your 30 days over if you eat something noncompliant – so your end date will be different from the rest of the group.
You are very important to me, and I will do my best to answer all texts and emails within 24 hours. Taking care of myself and my family requires that I’m well rested, so I’m an early-to-bed kinda girl. I also don’t have my phone on me at all times (as I want to model face to face interactions with my children over looking at a screen constantly.) Any text received past 8 PM will be answered the following day. All of our meetings will start on time, and video conferences will be recorded to watch at your convenience if you are not able to join us on a particular date or time. You will also gain the support from everyone in the group, so you’ll have as many resources as needed to succeed.
Whole30 Coach ME participants follow the rules of the Whole30, while also practicing the spirit and intention of the program. We will let go of associating food with morality (good or bad) and instead focus on how we feel. We commit to self-awareness, observations without judgment, and compassion for ourselves and each other. If you have any other concerns about how you would fit into a group session, feel free to reach out to me anytime!
